Welcome to the R3L Learning Region community !! "R3L" is a new initiative of the European Commission to promote "Regional Networks in Lifelong Learning". This virtual community web site includes both a public information service (requires no login) as well as the network community member services. Entry into the member area requires a registered community membership, personal access codes and login in order to access R3L community member services. Members of the R3L community can use the provided personal VCP access codes to login and access the membership services.   If you are a member in another VCP-based community you just have to confirm your request to become a member also in this community (at no cost), or simply choose the option to visit this service environment as a R3L community guest. If you have forgotten your access codes you can retrieve your existing access codes simply by using the 'remember' option in the top ribbon on this front page. New members and guests may at no-cost acquire a basic level membership (guest membership). Online self-registration assumed. Your personal access codes are sent to you by email after competing the registration form. Registration is made from the 'Register' option in the top ribbon on this page.
